My name is Wade Mitchell. I have been trying to break into the real estate investment world for almost two years. I have hit one snag after another. Finally, in December last year, I found REIC. Since then, I have learned that I am “not real estate”. In other words, it is not my innate ability to beat the bushes looking for great deals. Not that I couldn’t do it. But it would require a lot of time and effort to truly learn how to succeed in doing so. With REIC, most of that work and effort is already done for me. Then to top that off, I will be making a 10 year game plan that will set me up for retirement. That was the main reason I started learning how to be a real estate investor in the first place. Now, problem solved. In fact, anyone can do this. Not just real estate investors. I also have to mention the tremendous personal growth and assistance I have received in creating the correct mindset that makes this whole process a sweet dream. I couldn’t have it better!
