A couple of years ago we were introduced to REIC and were able to purchase a property that we were able to purchase with about 20% equity. We have been able to cashflow on that property for a couple of years. Then a year or so later were able to buy four pieces of property through them for literally pennies on the dollar. We love their growth. We love their vision and purpose. They have established themselves as leaders in the industry. Glad to have them on our side. Their training is exceptional. Their integrity, honesty….second to none. We have been able to implement their trainings with properties that we previously owned and that has been massively helpful.
