I was having a lot of issues with renters and rehabs. I then was introduced to REIC by a friend of mine. I went to my first seminar and I liked the program much more than many others that I have looked at, Real Estate related investment programs that is.

The strategy used by REIC is simple and every one wins. In my case I aldeady had 3 rentals, one was just about finished with the remodeling, one was rented and the other was empty but ready to sell or rent.

The first one I was able to get a rent to own tenant who put up $3,000.00 down and $1,300.00 per month rent for 2 years. REIC found that tenant for me, it cashflows $450 per month. The house is kind of far, so I also contrated REIC for the management of the property, so now it is cashflowing real good, and I don’t have to worry about the management.

The second house is now rented and managed by the REIC program, it is cashflowing as well and I don’t have to deal with the tenants.

The 3rd one is the only one that I am managing myself.

Now I have more time to spend on some other business ventures that I am developing while my Real Estate investments are in autopilot.
