If you live in Utah, the best place to start is to attend one of our live seminars. View times and locations and register for a seminar here.

If you’re outside of Utah, you can view a recorded seminar here.

2. Complete an Application
After attending or viewing a seminar you can complete this brief form. The purpose of the application is to help us understand your situation so we can customize your million-dollar game plan.

3. Phone Conference
We’ll then set up a phone call to answer your questions and cover specifics, and determine which level of the program fits you best..

4. Create a Million-Dollar Game Plan
From there we’ll help you create a personalized 10-year game plan for building a million-dollar real estate portfiolio and show you exactly how to implement it.

5. Join the Program
If this plan resonates with you, you’ll pay the appropriate program fee based on your level and get assigned a personal portfolio consultant who will contact you within a few days to guide you through the process.

6. Invest in Real Estate
Finally, we plug you into the process, help you buy your first home, and you’re officially on the Strait Path™. Our average investor buys a home within the first 3-6 months of joining the club.
